12th annual Taste of the Triangle, sponsored by Educate 2005 (11/15/2005, 7:00 pm, Tuesday November 15th)

The 12th annual Taste of the Triangle will feature 20 area restaurants providing samples of gourmet cuisine, a silent auction of fun-filled baskets, live musical entertainment, and an incredible opportunity drawing. There will also be a wine and appetizer VIP reception at 6 p.m., with guest speaker Dr. Stephen Weber, President of San Diego State University.
Proceeds directly benefit students by providing supplemental resources to all five University City public schools – Curie, Doyle and Spreckels elementary schools, Standley Middle School, and University City High School.
EdUCate! has awarded more than $500,000 in teacher-submitted grants during the last twelve years in the areas of literacy, math, science, technology, and the arts.
Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 at the door. Donations are always welcome – especially this year with all the school district budget cuts!
