About Our Business Lani Furrows joined Bank of America mortgage division in 2007. With 13 years in the business, Lani has closed thousands of home loans to help buyers achieve their dreams. In the 1990's she was a trainer for FHA and VA programs. Today, her business is a mix of FHA/VA as well as conventional and jumbo loans. Lani has been in the top 1% of producers for the past 10 years in a row. She is a San Diego native and UCSD alumna. Lani is joined by her team, Lisa Poutre who joined the lending industry in the 1980s, Rick Wipf who started in 2000, and Kevin Jacobs who started in 2003 and has wide range of REO experience. Each has a wide range of experience in the field. Lani and her team are well known for availability on the weekends and evenings as well as a thorough follow up system.
